2 zucchini
½ avocado
1 lime, juiced
½ cup cilantro
½ tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
½ cup water
Sea salt to taste
Spiralize your zucchini and set aside on paper towels so that any excess water is soaked up.
Prepare dressing by placing remaining ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth and creamy.
Place zucchini noodles in a large bowl and toss with dressing.
