Base scone Ingredients: GF flour blend (brown rice, sorghum, tapioca, baking powder, xanthan gum, baking soda), coconut sugar, applesauce, dairy free milk, vanilla.
Additional ingredients based on variety: (all are gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free)
* Maple Pecan or Walnut: base scone ingredients plus pecan or walnuts & maple extract.
* Pumpkin walnut: base scone ingredients plus pumpkin puree, walnuts & pumpkin pie spice.
* Cranberry/Orange: base scone ingredients plus cranberries & orange zest.
* Blueberry Lemon: base scone ingredients plus Blueberries, lemon juice and blueberry extract.
* Chocolate Chip: base scone ingredients plus chocolate chip (vegan) & vanilla.
Storage: store in the freezer for up to 6 months and bake from frozen.
Baking Instructions:
Bake one or all of them; space about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 400℉ directly from the freezer for about 25 minutes.
