Create your own decadent hot chocolate bombs at home with just a few simple ingredients. These chocolate spheres are filled with a dairy free hot cocoa mix and vegan mini marshmallows.

INGREDIENTS

300g dairy free chocolate or chocolate chips

6 tbsp. hot chocolate powder

Vegan marshmallows

Optional: natural sprinkles

silicon mold

DIRECTIONS

melt chocolate over a double boiler or use a chocolate melter.

Spread chocolate into silicon molds. Brush the chocolate up against the sides.

Refrigerate until set.

Add an extra layer of melted chocolate to the sides of the mold and refrigerate again. This will help them from cracking.

Remove from the mold

take each mold and place on a plate that has been heated lightly to make the edges clean and even.

Add hot chocolate and marshmallows.

Seal with the other half of the chocolate.

Refrigerate until set.

Makes 12

To Serve:

Heat 1 cup of dairy free milk gently on the stovetop until very hot, almost to a boil.
Pour the hot milk into a large mug and gently add the bomb for the most dramatic explosion.
After the bomb melts, stir and enjoy!
