1 can (13-oz.) full fat coconut milk, chilled overnight
⅓ cups maple syrup
½ tsp. guar gum
1-2 tbsp. vanilla extract
Dark chocolate (i use this one, )
Silicon Mold (i got mine from Dollarama) also available on Amazon
Ice Cream Machine recommended but not necessary
