Gather and learn how to create entrees, baked goods, desserts and more from a Holistic Nutritionist and cookbook author.
Each class is a hands-on learning experience. We go through all the steps of preparing and cooking meals while discussing the benefits of each food, how to make healthy substitutions and more.
Great for a girlfriend get-together, birthdays, book or wine clubs, bridal parties or simply friends catching up. And guys—it’s not just a female thing!
Packages can be customized to your budget (average cost is approx $40 to $50 per participant)
- Option #1 – Oasis Health & Wellness Kitchen (Markham) – A class in my home studio lasts 2.5 -3 hours. Come alone or bring up to 10 people. Ingredients are included
- Option #2 – A class in your home (York Region) -A 2.5 -3 hour class for up to 8 people at your home. Additional fee for ingredients may be required.

How does it work?
During an initial phone consultation we will discuss your culinary interests, dietary specifications, and/or food allergies and where you would like to host the class. We will use this information to create your personalized cooking class. After booking the date and time for the class a custom menu is created for your approval.
Corporate and Private Classes
- New Cooks- We teach new cooks how to prepare healthy AND delicious meals for yourself or your family! A great option for busy families with busy nannies. Menus are customized to accommodate food sensitivities. Great for students going off to college, nannies and anyone new to gluten-free or plant-based cooking.
- Corporate Group Classes – What better way to personalize a team building activity than to do it through FOOD! You can customize the menu to your team or your industry. Hands-on cooking classes generate creativity, develop camaraderie and improve communication and cooperation among team members
