Crackers are surprisingly easy to make at home with just a few basic ingredients, a rolling pin, and a baking sheet.
This recipe comes from my Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Egg-Free Cookbook (page 38)
Here is what you will need:
- 2 cups cooked brown basmati rice (or any cooked rice)
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ¾ cups gluten-free flour mix (i will be using equal parts brown rice, sorghum and tapioca flours)
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- ½ cup warm water
