Crackers are surprisingly easy to make at home with just a few basic ingredients, a rolling pin, and a baking sheet.

This recipe comes from my Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Egg-Free Cookbook (page 38)

Here is what you will need:

  1. 2 cups cooked brown basmati rice (or any cooked rice)
  2. ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  3. 1 ¾ cups gluten-free flour mix (i will be using equal parts brown rice, sorghum and tapioca flours)
  4. ¼ cup sesame seeds
  5. 1 tsp. baking soda
  6. 1 tsp. sea salt
  7. ½ cup warm water
