Here is what you will need:

1. 1 3/4 cups hazelnuts
2. 1/4 cup cocoa powder
3. 2-3 tbsp. maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
5. 2 tbsp. coconut oil melted
6. 1-3 tbsp. water or dairy free milk
7. 1 cup dairy free chocolate chips
8. 1/2 cup hazelnuts, finely chopped
