What better way to start your holidays with vegan eggnog pancakes!


2 cups So Delicious Holiday Eggnog
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. maple syrup
2 tbsp. avocado oil
1 1/2 cups buckwheat flour
1 tbsp. baking powder


In a large measuring cup add eggnog, vanilla, maple syrup and oil.
In a seperate bowl combine flour and baking powder.
Whisk in milk until you have a smooth batter.
Preheat skillet over medium heat.
Pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet and cook until bubble form on top.
Flip and cook until golden brown.

Makes 16 pancakes
