- 1—19oz can black beans, drained & rinsed
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup agave syrup or pure maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp. light cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tbsp. flax oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350F.
Lightly grease muffin cups.
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
Pour into prepared pan or muffin tins.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of cupcakes comes out clean.
