• 1—19oz can black beans, drained & rinsed
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup agave syrup or pure maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp. light cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tbsp. flax oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350F.

Lightly grease muffin cups.

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.

Pour into prepared pan or muffin tins.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of cupcakes comes out clean.
