1 1/2 cups dairy free milk ( i used rice milk)
1/3 cup whole chia seeds
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder or carob powder
2-5 Tbsp raw honey or sweetener of your choice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Add all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Serve as is or topped with fresh fruit.
Will keep for 2-3 days.
