• 2 cups chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1/3 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

1.In food processor combine chickpeas, red peppers, tahini, garlic and olive oil.

2.Process into a puree.

3.Add lemon juice.

4.Season with salt and pepper.

5.Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight

Serve at room temperature with raw veggies.
