• 3 cups rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried fruit
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup nut butter (almond, peanut, cashew etc.)
  • 1/4 cup raw agave syrup or honey

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.

2.Line metal baking pan with parchment paper.

3.Mix cereal, walnuts, dates, raisins and other dried fruits in medium bowl.

4.Combine nut butter, agave, and maple syrup in small saucepan. Heat at a low temperature until all ingredients are syrup like.

5.Pour nut butter mixture over cereal mixture in bowl; stir to blend.

6.Transfer mixture to prepared pan; press to compact.

7.Bake until just golden around edges, about 10 minutes. Cool completely.

8.Cut into 2 1/2×1 1/2-inch bars.
