INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp. instant yeast
1/2 cup rice milk
1/2 tbsp. coconut sugar
1 cup gluten free flour mix ( i used equal parts brown rice, sorghum and tapioca flours)
1 tsp. guar gum
1-2 tsp. Italian herbs
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tbsp. olive oil

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 425°F.
Grease a baking pan.

Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm milk and set aside to let foam for 5 minutes.

In a large bowl combine flour, guar gum, herbs, sesame seeds and salt.

Make a well in the center and add yeast and olive oil.

With a hand mixer or wooden spoon, stir ingredients until well combined. (The dough will be quite sticky)

Prepare piping bag by brushing inside of the bag with olive oil. Transfer dough to a piping bag.
Squeeze dough out onto prepared baking sheet.

Brush with additional olive oil.

Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes before flipping. Bake and additional 5-10 minutes for soft breadsticks and 20-25min for crisp.
