1 cup dates, soaked

1 1/2 cups walnuts (or nuts / seeds of your choice)

1/2 cup hemp seeds

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1-2 scoops vegan protein powder

Strain dates and reserve liquid**.

Add dates to a food processor and process until it looks like a paste.

Add in remaining ingredients and process until it forms into a ball.

Place dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper and roll out to 1″ thickness.

Cut into 8 bars and serve.

Remaining bars can be stores in the refrigerator

**Add reserved date water by the tbsp. if needed to help ingredients come together.
